Oh cheesecake, why must you be so difficult? The big, heavy New York Style Cheesecake that I attempted yesterday did not turn out so well. While the flavor is just lovely, the middle did not cook through all the way. I knew this was a possibility because some people warned of that in the reviews, but I wanted to follow the recipe to the letter the first time because I’ve never made a cheesecake before. I think I will cook for an additional hour next time.
